There are a lot of webcomics out there… too many, to be honest. And most of them are not worth much.

So how do you find the best ones? I dunno. I’ve been knocking around the webcomics world for a few years now, and I’ve found a few that I think are Top Quality. I’m making a list here in case you’d be interested. I haven’t gotten to all of them yet, but the few I have are the ones I read consistently and always enjoy. I hope you do, too.

Oh, and by the way, the Comic Progress page is updated.

Thanks for those Steve… They look great, can’t wait to read up on them.

    Hi Mr. Ogden,
You may already have this on your upcoming list, but just in case I would like to recommend “The Meek” on that list of yours. Chapter 1 is now in color, while the creator Der-shing Helmer will be working on chapter 2 in bulk. I have been following it for a while reading draft versions of a few more chapters, so the artist is definitely committed. Your comment on “By Moon Alone” also applies here: “There is an animated film of this thing in the future, I’m sure of it. It practically looks like it’s animated on the page now.” Thanks for reading.

Brushmen – The Meek is certainly a gorgeous comic. I read a bit of it, but couldn’t decide what kind of a writer he is yet. I’ll be keeping an eye on it, though!

Actually went back for the rest of Chapter One. Really nice. I’ve added it to the links page. Thanks for the note!

We’d like to thank you, Steve, for adding us to this very select list of webcomics. As we’re fairly new on the scene, it’s an honour to have our CucuC on a list featuring such talented artists !

And we too like The Meek, especially his blue/green coloured ambiances and vegetation sets, which are awesome.
We didn’t know of PandaXpress, though, and will make sure we read the entire archive. The watercolor paintings look great, but most of all, we like the cinematic feel.

And we’ve been following Tom Dell’Aringa’s Marooned for some weeks now, after reading his comments here on Moon Town.

    Moon Town.
More like a “Café des Artistes” than a website, really ! :)
